Now, now : As a financial aid officer, I must add some food for thought.
e are honestly not trying to make anyone a difficult time.The rules and regulations that we must cling to are extremely stringent.Not complying to the simplest of details has the voltage to endanger our school`s eligibility for participating in the aid program - yes, cut off_up the creek without a paddle_skydiving without a parachute_you get the picture.Anyway, what I feel is that too many of the students won`t have the first to look a 20 minute workshop to gain a better understanding; nor will many bother to study the letters that are sent asking for extra information.I`ve lost count of the list who get into my office saying, "I got this letter."Okay_what did it say???"I don`t know" (handing it second to me unopened) SMH_LOL
Anyway, as a woman who is so frantic to see fellow sisters and brothers working to boost their education, I offer guidance _instead of snapping my neck back - `cause ya know I`ll do it if necessary.

Had to set a teacher straight about he was treating my baby and former students; hate being billed more for something than I'm supposed to or receiving the incorrect item in an order_calling customer service can be an experience!

lets not forget, 'we' give to have our tongue in the corporate environment.but there are those times when a 'professional snap/check' is justified..

Financial Aid is an extreme problem on college campuses nationwide! It's extremely annoying and tiring.
