Take your Tots to the Tour de France 2011

Le Tour logo Le Tour de France 2011 begins on 2 July and covers almost 3.5k kilometres of about of the most beautiful areas of France.

There are few better places to get the cycling bug than France, where many Tots property owners provide bikes for parents and children, as good as infant seats in many cases, so you can all get out and some and love your own Tots Tour!

If you or your little people are cycling fans, here are our choice of the best Tots properties to see a glance of the Peloton in this year's Tour.

La Grand Dpart...

Ferme Annabel La Ferme Annabel - new to Tots, this beautiful farmhouse is less than an hour from the beginning of the Tour, close to Les Herbiers in the Vende, on 2 & 3 July.

Brittany...

Volets Rouges Breton Country Farmstead has pretty gites and mobile homes on a 'workforce on' farm, where the spell is passing practically by the threshold on 5 & 6 July - how exciting for your little budding cyclists!

Normandy...

Farmhouse 1666The stunning, historic, large Farmhouse 1666 is only minutes from the Level 6 route on 7 July.

Midi-Pyrenees...

The beautiful 6 bedroomed Abri, is simply 1.5 hours from the Blaye-les-Mines stage on 13 July.

Languedoc...

Mill end thumb The Circuit will be in Montpellier on 17 July, just half an hour from the stunning Mill End at the always popular Water Mill.

Les Alpes...

LEnclaveIn late July, the Tour hits the Alps, where the lovely mountain apartment L'Enclave is ideal for a house of 4 to love the beautiful Alpine Summer, and it's less than 2 hours from the high mountain stage on 22 July or the time trial in Grenoble on 23 July.
